green algae reception staff
The breakfast included bacon. I found that acceptable.
The pool was disgusting. It was covered in bugs and green algae, so I could not swim. The Wi-Fi stopped working on my last night. The reception staff did not inform me until I asked. They were closing and said it would not be fixed .

i find the hotel location very convenience. they offer beach access and the staff was quick with requests. complimentary pickup from the ferry pier was helpful, and the bungalow was neat. the snorkeling tours they arranged proved very good.
the shower water was too hot and hard to use. i thought the pool looked not clean, and it was always cloudy.

our room had new beach towels everyday. it also included a drying rack on the terrace for towels and swimwear. two separate rooms exist in the accommodation for families, each with its own bathroom and fridge.

the staff assisted with transport and snorkel tours. they provide free transport to the harbor. i saw the restaurant staff were good, providing quick and attentive service. the massage salon on the beach was convenience.

this location is near many shops. many restaurants are within a short walk. the beach location allow nice walks. i think the hotel offers a central base to explore the area.

prime location friendly staff egg station
I appreciated the prime location near the beach. It had everything I needed for my beach vacation! I had a HUGE room, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, especially the egg station and the delicious bacon!!! I was worried, but I was actually surprised.
The pool felt a little cloudy sometimes.

The location was convenient, it was close to everything i needed. staff in the restaurant were good. The service was attentive. it's nice being so close to everything.
The room was run down, i saw holes in the walls. the shower head was filthy and clogged, the water only came out of the middle. i didn't like that at all. also, the pools were filthy. Everyone complained.

Good Beachside Stay!
convenient location delicious bacon ferry transfer packed lunch
The location was really convenient. The breakfast had an egg station, and the bacon was very good. The staff arranged a convenient pickup and transfer back to the ferry port! They also made a packed lunch instead of breakfast when I had to leave early.
The pool sometimes felt cloudy.
