The location was convenient, it was close to everything i needed. staff in the restaurant were good. The service was attentive. it's nice being so close to everything.
The room was run down, i saw holes in the walls. the shower head was filthy and clogged, the water only came out of the middle. i didn't like that at all. also, the pools were filthy. Everyone complained.

The location was really convenient. The breakfast had an egg station, and the bacon was very good. The staff arranged a convenient pickup and transfer back to the ferry port! They also made a packed lunch instead of breakfast when I had to leave early.
The pool sometimes felt cloudy.

The hotel sits right on the beach providing easy access. I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops, very close to many things. I arranged laundry services through reception and this was a very easy process.

The staff were friendly and always happy to help with requests. I found them very helpful . They offered assistance with transport arrangements.
