I had a pleasant stay at the resort, with a lovely garden view from my room and easy access to the beach and nearby dining spots. The transportation process upon arrival was smooth, but I did experience a few hiccups during my stay regarding service and room conditions.

We had a terrible experience with the booking at this resort. Upon arrival, they didn't have our reservation, and the alternative room provided was like a classroom with unmade beds and no air conditioning control. The shared bathroom was dirty and lacking essentials. On the other hand, the second resort we stayed at was fantastic - spacious family rooms with great amenities, delicious breakfast options, and a nice pool area, making it a worthwhile splurge despite the higher costs.
